Do your services include massages using oil?
We use therapeutic grade oils and essential oils for head, neck and pain therapies. We do not have oil massages.
What therapeutic benefits are associated with reflexology massage?
Reflexology triggers relaxation, reduces the stress hormones, aids in healing, improves lymph and blood circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps the body in many ways.
Does the practice of cupping result in bruising?
Yes. Although not all styles of cupping result in bruising. Example, facial cupping, and cupping massage do not leave bruises. Bruises caused due to other types of cupping only last a few days to a week.
Are specialized services available for pregnant women?
Yes. We have foot reflexology for prenatal stages. We have prenatal massage for backaches and discomfort that comes with pregnancy.
Do you provide private rooms equipped with doors?
NO. We are a family wellness center, the rooms are divided by drapes, we don’t have doors.
What types of services do you offer?
We offer wellness services like hand, foot, face, back, head reflexology, thai yoga therapy, cupping, guasha, lifestyle counseling, tailored vedic diet plans, etc
What measures do you have in place for the safety and hygiene?
We replace the disposable sheets after each use, we wash our own laundry after each use.
Do you have specific packages for couples or groups?
Yes. We have 2 person, 4 person and group packages.
Can I modify or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Cancellation can be done only upto 3 hours prior to appointment.
